CSXT 7658

This model is made by Bachman. It is a split frame design, with flywheels. The body shell is decent quality, and at the time it was introduced was one of the few modern diesels to be had. Running quality of these models ranges from good to mediocre, depending on the unit. These units will pull a lot of cars. The frame weighs much more than any Atlas or Kato units. I equiped this and other C40's with Digitrax DN-120 decoders that I real cheap. I built my own coupler pockets out of styrene and mounted 1015's in the pilot. The units I have are currently used in coal drags.
